How long does the team need to learn it?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. Sign in, pick an Action, upload a file, hit send. No prompt writing and nothing to memorise — which is exactly why the workflow lives on the server rather than in someone's head.
Will our data be used for training?
No. One client gets one deployment and one database. Your data stays in your own system and is never shared with another client.
Can it connect to the systems we already run?
Outlook, Microsoft 365, Excel, Xero and Google Workspace all connect. If a system has an API we write a connector for it; if it doesn't, files go in and out instead and the automation still holds.
How soon can we use it?
The first Action is usually live in two to three weeks. We recommend starting with one process people genuinely run every day — one Action that gets used beats ten that don't.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Everything comes back as a file or a draft for a person to check; nothing is sent out on its own. Which Action ran and what it referenced is recorded, so any output can be traced.
How is it priced?
Custom AI Workflow and AI Website Design start at HKD 6,000; the AI WhatsApp Assistant at HKD 480 a month. The real number depends on how many Actions, which integrations and how many people — we scope it properly before quoting.
