User Data Deletion
You can disconnect an account yourself first, then submit a full-deletion request for other identifiable data connected with the Meta integration.

01
Option 1: disconnect the account
- Sign in to sparkAgent as a company administrator.
- Open Apps → Facebook / IG Customer Service → Connections.
- Choose Disconnect beside the relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account.
- This deletes the active access token and live connection record and stops new messages. You can also revoke access in your Meta account settings.
02
Option 2: request full deletion
- Use the contact form on this website and write “Meta data deletion”.
- Provide the company name, Facebook Page name/ID, Instagram username and a contact method for our reply.
- We will verify that you are authorised to represent the account, preventing unauthorised deletion.
- Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days, after which we will confirm the outcome.
03
What we delete
- Relevant Meta access tokens, account identifiers, connection status and webhook subscriptions.
- Queued events, customer-service drafts, processing records and operational data that can be linked to the account.
- Backup copies expire through the normal backup rotation, except for limited records required by law or security needs.
04
What Sparkdemy cannot delete
- Messages, accounts or Page content held by Facebook, Messenger or Instagram itself.
- Conversation copies independently retained in another system by the client company.
- You must delete those items separately within the relevant Meta product or other system.
05
If you messaged one of our clients
- Contact the Facebook Page or Instagram account you messaged first; that company controls its customer relationship and retention requirements.
- If you believe Sparkdemy processes the data for them, you may also submit a request identifying the Page or account and the approximate message date.
