An enquiry lands. The quote is already drafted.

The enquiry, your price list and the deal history go in. The AI applies your discount rules, fills your own quotation template, and drafts the reply email. You edit it, then you send it.

Below is a quote being drafted. Keep scrolling.

It opens on sales' own work

Not an empty prompt box. Staff see sales: quotes, enquiry follow-up, order paperwork. Pick one and it starts.

Give it the enquiry and the price list

The enquiry, your current price list, past deals — drag them in, or point it at the client folder you already keep.

What discount goes out is your call

The AI doesn't set your price. It lays out the options, you choose, then it writes the quote.

A quote in your own template

Download it — the quote log is updated and the reply to the client is drafted.

A day faster on the quote is a better chance of the order.

An enquiry arrives and someone has to match the price list, check stock, dig out what this client paid last time, work out freight and pour it all into the template. Done properly it takes a day; done fast it goes wrong. Both cost you the order.

The rules are clear: price from the list, discount from the tier, format from the template. Rules can be written down; special pricing and exceptions should stay with a person.

So we write the rules as an Action, and turn the exception into a question.

Built already

The six Actions a trading team uses most.

Each one is written against your own price list, discount rules and templates. Start with one, add more once it sticks.

Draft a quote

Enquiry matched to your price list, discounts applied by tier and deal history, laid out in your own template.

Enquiry triage

Incoming enquiries sorted by product and client, urgent first, anything gone quiet listed separately.

Supplier comparison

Several quotes for one spec laid flat — price gaps, lead times and payment terms in one view.

Order confirmation

A proforma invoice once the order lands, with the payment terms and dates you agreed.

Shipping and customs

Packing lists, invoices and origin papers per destination, with anything missing listed.

Follow-up emails

Drafted by last contact date, in three levels of firmness. You edit, then you send.

Labour cost saved

What does a year of this cost a sales desk?

An estimate, not a quote. What you actually save depends on the process itself.

Based on an 8-hour day and 22 working days a month. Base salary only — MPF and other employer costs are not counted, so the real figure is usually higher than this.

Hong Kong reference: the Census and Statistics Department's 2025 Annual Earnings and Hours Survey puts the median monthly wage at HK$21,200, and HK$31,500 for employees with post-secondary qualifications.

Who it fits

  • Import-export and B2B suppliers of 3 to 50 people
  • Ten or more quotes going out a week
  • Price lists and discount rules living in Excel and in people's heads
  • The same team quoting, ordering and preparing shipping papers

Depends on how many Actions, which integrations and how many people. We scope it properly before quoting.

Ask for a quote

Questions

Could a quote go to a client on its own?

No. You get a draft quote and a draft email. A person always presses send.

Our discount rules are complicated.

All the more reason to write them down. However you decide them, the Action applies them — and when they change, we change the Action instead of relying on someone's memory.

Is our client list safe?

One client, one deployment, one database. The data stays in your own instance, is never shared with other companies, and is never used for training.

Can we start with just quoting?

Yes, and we recommend it. One Action people genuinely use every day beats ten nobody opens.
