Material prices move. The price list follows, same day.
Feed it the latest quotes and your own cost formula. Every model is recosted, repriced and remargined, anything below your floor is flagged separately, and you get a price list you can download.
Below is a repricing run. Keep scrolling.
It opens on the plant's own work
Not an empty prompt box. Staff see their own department: pricing, sourcing, scheduling, QC. Pick one and it starts.
Give it the quotes and the cost sheet
Supplier quotes, your cost formula, the current price list — drag them in, or point it at the folder you already keep.
How the increase lands is your call
The AI doesn't set your pricing strategy. It lays out the options, you choose, then it recalculates.
A price list you can review
Download it — the cost sheet is updated and the customer notice is drafted.

Repricing
310 models recalculated. 28 now fall below your 22% margin floor, and nine of those belong to long-term contract customers.
How should the models below the floor be handled?

Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace all connect, and any ERP that can export a file. Anything that doesn't, we write a connector for.
The hard part isn't the arithmetic. It's doing it again.
One material moves and the cost sheet, the price list and every open quote have to follow. Three hundred models against a formula takes two or three days — days when nobody wants to send a quote out.
The calculation is clear and hasn't changed in ten years; only the numbers have. Calculation can be written down; how the increase lands, and which customers get held, should stay with a person.
So we write the calculation as an Action, and turn the strategy into a question.
Built already
The six Actions a plant uses most.
Each one is written against your own cost formula, model list and customer terms. Start with one, add more once it sticks.
Repricing
When material prices move, every model is recosted, repriced and remargined, with anything below your floor flagged.
Supplier comparison
Several quotes for one spec laid flat — price gaps, lead times and payment terms in one view.
Schedule digest
Open orders against capacity, showing which jobs make their date and which customers need warning.
QC digest
Inspection records sorted by model and defect cause into a one-page weekly summary.
Shipping papers
Packing lists, invoices and dispatch notices prepared per order, in the format each customer asks for.
Complaint follow-up
Checked against production and QC records, with a reply and next steps drafted for you to send.

About HKD 13,000
- Hours back per year
- 1,056 hours
- Worth about
- 3.0 months of salary
An estimate, not a quote. What you actually save depends on the process itself.
Based on an 8-hour day and 22 working days a month. Base salary only — MPF and other employer costs are not counted, so the real figure is usually higher than this.
Hong Kong reference: the Census and Statistics Department's 2025 Annual Earnings and Hours Survey puts the median monthly wage at HK$21,200, and HK$31,500 for employees with post-secondary qualifications.
Who it fits
- Hong Kong front office, production on the mainland or overseas
- Many models, and a price list that chases material costs
- Quoting and costing run on Excel, with the formula in one person's head
- Orders, QC and shipping documents all assembled by hand

Depends on how many Actions, which integrations and how many people. We scope it properly before quoting.
Questions
Our cost formula is unusual. Can the AI handle it?
The Action is written against your formula, not a generic one. It calculates the way you calculate — and when the formula changes, we change the Action.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. If it can export a file, it connects, and results are written back to Excel or wherever they belong. Nothing changes in your team's day-to-day tools.
Could a new price list go out on its own?
No. It hands back a file for a person to review, and the customer notice is a draft. A person always presses send.
Does it cope with thousands of models?
Yes — and the more models you have, the more it's worth doing. The hours it saves are exactly the hours spent applying one formula by hand.
