Every contract, read againstyour own standard terms.
The client's contract goes in. The AI compares it clause by clause with your standard version, marks what was changed, what carries risk and what is missing, and writes it up on one page. What you concede is still your decision.
Below is a contract review, running. Keep scrolling.
It opens on your team's own work
Not an empty prompt box. Staff see their own: contract review, meeting notes, proposals, time. Pick one and it starts.
Give it the contract and your terms
The client's contract, your standard version, past amendments — drag them in, or point it at the matter folder you already keep.
What you concede is your call
The AI doesn't accept or reject on your behalf. It lays out the options, you choose, then it writes the summary.
One page you can review
Download it — the reply to the client is drafted and the clause log is updated.

Of your 18 standard clauses, five were amended and two are absent. Liability moved from capped at fees to uncapped, and payment from 30 days to 60.
The amended clauses — how should they go?

Judgement is what you bill for. Comparing clauses isn't.
A forty-page contract arrives and someone has to work through it against the standard version to find what was changed and what quietly went missing. Perhaps five clauses need real thought — but you read all forty pages to learn which five.
Finding the changes has a clear method. Deciding what to concede is professional advice. Method can be written down; advice should stay with a person, and should be spent on those five clauses.
So we write the comparison as an Action, and turn the judgement into a question.
Built already
The six Actions a professional team uses most.
Each one is written against your own standard terms, templates and billing practice. Start with one, add more once it sticks.
Contract review
Compared clause by clause with your standard terms, marking what was amended, what carries risk and what is missing, on one page.
Meeting notes
A recording or rough notes turned into decisions, owners and deadlines, with follow-ups listed separately.
Proposal draft
Drafted from your templates and past engagements of the same shape, with scope and assumptions stated.
Billing prep
Time entries sorted by matter, with unbilled and potentially contentious items listed before the invoice goes out.
Due diligence
Client documents filed against the checklist, with gaps and inconsistencies listed in one pass.
Tender prep
Requirements, deadlines and scoring criteria pulled from the tender, checked against what you already hold.

An estimate, not a quote. What you actually save depends on the process itself.
Based on an 8-hour day and 22 working days a month. Base salary only — MPF and other employer costs are not counted, so the real figure is usually higher than this.
Hong Kong reference: the Census and Statistics Department's 2025 Annual Earnings and Hours Survey puts the median monthly wage at HK$21,200, and HK$31,500 for employees with post-secondary qualifications.
Who it fits
- Law firms, consultancies, corporate services and company secretarial firms
- Document-heavy work billed by time, where time is the cost
- An established set of standard terms and proposal templates
- Senior people spending more time comparing than deciding

Depends on how many Actions, which integrations and how many people. We scope it properly before quoting.
Questions
Is the AI giving legal advice?
No. It compares and marks — which clause changed, which one is missing. The advice comes from your professionals; the summary just saves them reading forty pages to find where to give it.
How is client confidentiality handled?
One client, one deployment, one database. The material stays in your own instance, is never shared with other firms, and is never used for training.
Could it miss an important clause?
It works to the checklist you give it and reports on every item, so a reviewer can see what was checked. That makes the checklist itself the critical part, and we build it with you.
Can we start with just contract review?
Yes, and we recommend it. One Action people genuinely use every week beats ten nobody opens.
